Rebuild My Life Crisis Support

man in crisis Birmingham Rathbone has been awarded funding by the Big Lottery Fund to provide

Crisis Support to people with learning disabilities in Birmingham. The funding is for 5 years until the end of September 2021.

To access the service you must:

- Have a learning disability or learning difficulty (whether or not officially diagnosed)
- Be aged 16 years or over
- Live in Birmingham (UK)
- Plus you need to be facing an immediate and serious crisis in your life

Referrals can be made directly by completing and returning the referral form (see link below). We are working with our partner organisations St Basil’s, Shelter Birmingham, CASBA and Birmingham MIND to provide prompt help to people with learning disabilities/difficulties in Birmingham to deal with the immediate crisis and then support them to access a range of other services as appropriate to their needs and wishes.
